In my personal top 5 I focus in on capabilities that can address common Enterprise challenges around: Training, corporate communications, social networking and collaboration, subject matter expertise discovery, Office desktop deployment and file compatibility, extended collaboration with partner/vendors/clients, line of business application development and Access proliferation, and finally large data set number crunching and distributed high end/easy to use business insight/intelligence. While these areas alone should get people excited about the ground breaking capability of SharePoint 2010 they really just scratch the surface.
